google the word miniatures, or doll house miniatures. you'll get a lot of hits for sites that sell everyday items that are in scale (one inch in miniature is equal to one foot in real life). After picking a website, look at the food items they have. I've seen them around, so just keep searching.

How to build your own miniature dollhouse shop?

I'm making a dollhouse out of cardboard and I also wanted to make a shop. I already made the house but I'm not sure on how to make the shop. It's a barbie house and shop; not a real one. Any ideas on how to make it?
I might make the shop a bakery, flower shop, pet shop, book shop, or grocery shop. I'm not really sure.

What kind of shop will it be? I think if it was like the house but a little smaller it would look like a shop. The details are what I think would make it look like a shop. Paint some windows with the merchandise that is sold, and make little props.

Can anyone help me identify this movie?

I can vaguely remember this movie from when i was a kid, which featured this group of kids, who went to a fair or circus and came back with a Little clown doll.When they got home their parents left them in the house alone.A group of clowns then proceeded to gather outside and build a wooden platform with a noose in which to hang someone from.One of the clowns gathering outside then waved at the children who were watching from the window of the house.
At that point i then left the room and ran upstairs-i was about seven at the time.Can anyone else remember this?

Are items sold in the USA still marked Made in Taiwan? this pertains to a doll house miniature?

Label has the symbol t S interwoven into one as well as saying Made in Taiwan and I am trying to check on the vintage.

While most things imported are made in China now, I don't know if you'll be able to find out it's age just going by it being made in Taiwan, I'm guessing that things are still being imported from there. Doll House miniatures became a big thing in the late 70's - early 80's, but I don't think the things made then have any more value than the things made now. Most of the doll house items made in the 60's and earlier were made for children's doll houses and some go pretty high, especially those made by Renwal. Most things made in the 1960's and earlier would be marked Japan.

I just searched for Taiwan in the dollhouse miniature catagory of ebay and I saw that Hello Dolly stuff was made there... I remember that from the 80's, you can do a search and see if you find your item listed.

Windowsill Herb Garden & Plant Accessories?

I have a small windowsill garden where I am growing a few herbs like basil and that sort of thing. I need a source for small potted plant accessories like miniature tomato cages or trellises because my herbs are getting tall and the garden center, nursery, Target, all those type of stores don't have anything for small pots, only large garden plants. There must be a source somewhere for small sized garden accessories. I do not want to move these plants outside as I have many animals around that will eat them and I don't have a yard to plant them in. I also don't want to junk the pots up by sticking in things like chopsticks. I want them to look nice, just miniature versions of what one would find in a garden outside. I actually looked at a dollhouse website and found some trellises but they are really expensive! Any other sources would be greatly appreciated!

windowsill herbs tends to grow out towards the light source (sun). You can pick the top leaves to contain the plant to a smaller size. You cam also pick them at lower levels so that these let the smaller leaves develop and grow. The result will give you a small plant but with many leaves growing for you to harvest.
