Can anyone tell me where I can buy kimono's or yukata's for MSD sized ball-jointed dolls?
I used to have a few good sites in my bookmars, but they were all deleted due to a virus and now I can't find anything else... can someone help me?
It's for my Luts Kid DELF doll, a boy. He's an MSD sized BJD I'll give you his messurments anyway though:
* Tall : 36cm (head included : 41cm)
* Girth of neck : 7.8cm
* Width of shoulders : 9cm
* Lenth of "from shoulder to wrist" : 13.5cm
* Girth of wrist : 5cm
* Girth of waist : 15cm
* Girth of hips : 18.5cm
* Lenth of "from hips to ankle" : 22cm
* Girth of ankle : 7cm
* Foot size : 5.7cm

Kimono are extremely easy to make, since it's really just a series of rectangles. I found that out after discovering that it's very difficult to find ready-made kimono for sale that are actually, you know, accurate. I know Dollmore sells a few, but they're really more like bathrobes than proper kimono. Featherfall used to have some that were a bit better, but I'm not sure if they're in stock anymore. If can't find one you like from a site or if you don't want to mess around with trying to make one yourself, you should definitely join Den of Angels and/or Resinality, get enough posts to access the Marketplace subforums, and see if you can commission someone.
