How do you make dollhouse miniatures?

I'm buildin a dollhouse and I'm very interested in making lots of miniatures (preferrably food). I am a beginner and am looking for anyone who can offer advice, links, or their own personal steps. THANK YOU!

There are LOADS of lessons on making miniature foods on these two pages of my polymer clay encylopedia website:

http://glassattic.com/polymer/miniatures.htm

http://glassattic.com/polymer/houses_structures_gingerbread.htm

...That second page will also include a few more things you might be interested in besides the "Candies and Other Sweets" category

If it's primarily minif-foods you're interested in, you might also want to check out the polymer clay boards at the Craftster forum since they seem to concentrate mostly on doing things like that with their polymer clay (and if you have questions, ask on the P.C. Discussions & Questions board--2nd link below... I usually hang out there):

http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?board=238.0

http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?board=239.0

Otherwise, there are loads of places online with lessons on making dollhouse items from other materials besides polymer clay:

HTH, and have fun!
