Ideal Baby
What is an ideal bed time for a 2 month old baby?
My baby girl is 2 months old, i start her bedtime routine at 9:00pm just seeing what other moms do, it seems like no matter what time i put her to bed at she is up at the normal 2am. She does not nap during the day, she maybe dozes off for 15 minutes.
She does not fight to sleep when i put her down for bed time, she goes right to sleep, after her 2am feed she goes right back to bed...
My daughter is 3 months old. She goes to bed at 7:30.
She does fight sleep tho. So even tho I have been trying to enforce bedtime at 7:30 I sometimes end up nursing her and trying to get her to sleep up until 9:30.
I have a hard time getting my daughter to nap during the day. I try to lay her down twice. Once in the morning and once in the afternoon, but she doesn't always nap.
My line of thinking when deciding a bedtime was that I would like to get some time to myself before I go to bed. I go to bed around 10 or 11 so if Julia is in bed at 7:30 or 8 I have a few hours to relax.
