Can you get Siamese Doll gold fish at Petco, or Pets and More? Help with goldfish??? PLEASE?????
I need to know if you can get them at regular pet stores. And how large do they get??? I know they're pretty small.... and can you give me a website? I'm getting a tank specially devoted to goldfish, and it won't be very large, because I can't afford much. I need to know about Siamese Dolls... give me a website, and answer my questions.
1.) Can you regularly get them at Petco?
2.) How big do they get?
3.) Are they hardy?
4.) Can you give me a website and some tips?
Whoever gives me answers for all of those gets ten.

Or Chinese Dolls
1: Each mart and co is different, while some will, others won't. Petco can order for you though, as will some of the smaller "mom & Pop" type stores when your ready! Often a smaller Mom & type store will be cleaner, more knowlegable, and have healthier fish even though the fish may be a few dollers more.
2: They will grow the same as the regular goldies do, 8-12" these are not miniature goldies like some folks think sadly. To date there is no mini goldies we know of as much as some of us would love to have some! 
3: As long as you take care of your water, provide the right set up and be on top of the learning curve with treatments when things go south, there's no reason why you can't keep it healthy and happy! As a rule carp species are hardy, but they are susceptible to just as many and the same ills as other fish. You do have to realize that things happen regardless which type of fish or animal is involved. Knowledge is power when it comes to pets of any kind!

Prices will vary depending on the size and species, so setting a price is not going to tell you much I'm afraid. I have paid around 14 for a Oranda around 3", and we don't include the tail.
