have antique dolls skyrocketed in price within the past 7 yrs.?like kestner dolls?why?

why???????

Kestners are a very finely made antique doll like the other German manufacters such as Kammer Reinhardt, Simon Halbig. They are are now over hundred years old and getting harder to find. Dolls went up in value as money was more plentiful and now they have dropped some. The more that break the less there are. Hope this helps
